Here is what I tried and the results I got. I updated drivers and firmware and about every option I could find and none of them worked. I got a new computer (Windows 10) and am trying to get the programmer (AVR-ISP MK2) and software to work. I have searched and tried to find a solution to my problem but I just can't get anything to work.
