To the right of this is space to enter the invoice number, invoice date, and date the payment is due. If not all of the information is relevant, for example, you don't have a fax number, simply remove this line from the template. If you save the template once you have filled out this information, you will not need to enter it in on each and every invoice you produce.
To save yourself time and duplication at a later date, complete the company name and address section in the top left, by simply typing over the template information in brackets, and do the same with the payment information at the bottom of the page. Information such as the name and address of your company, and how to make payment are likely to be the same on all of your invoices.
